Vietnam Forest Certification Center (VFCC) has updated standard VFCS/PEFC ST 1006:2019 to a version VFCS/PEFC ST 1006:2026 – Requirements for Certification Bodies providing certification assessment services for SFM and Chain of Custody against VFCS/PEFC. This update is based on Vietnam regulations and PEFC ST 1004:2024.

VFCC hereby publishes this updated version and calls for public comments and feedback from organizations and individuals to further improve this document. The public consultation is open till 10 May 2026.
